We expect high standards of behaviour from our swimmers, officials, parents and our spectators. Everyone involved with the club
This is a set of guidelines and procedures outlining the responsibilities and behaviour expectations of everyone in Nottingham Leander. The Code of Conduct should be followed at all swimming events and training sessions.
In general, behaviour and personal conduct should at all times be of a high standard and should reflect favourably on swimming as a sport.

Anti-Bullying Policy
Statement of Intent
Nottingham Leander Swimming Club (NLSC) is committed to providing a caring, friendly and safe environment for all of its members, so they can swim in a relaxed and secure atmosphere. Bullying of any kind is unacceptable at our club. If bullying does occur, all swimmers or parents should be able to tell and know that incidents will be dealt with promptly and effectively. We are a TELLING club. This means that anyone who knows that bullying is happening is expected to tell the club welfare officer or any committee member.
