Join Nottingham Leander Swimming Club
The club is based in Nottingham City and South Nottinghamshire (see Pool Locations) and welcomes members from around 6 to Masters who wish to improve their swimming, and those who wish to play Water Polo.

Leander is the top competitive swimming club in Nottinghamshire. Entry to all club sessions is via a trial. Space on all of our squads is limited, and for swimmers aged 12-18 we are looking for children already competing at a club level as a minimum.
Non-swimmers for Tadpoles should be 4-7yrs old and we are unable to accommodate older swimmers that cannot yet swim.
Swimmers wanting to join Performance squads should have ranked times at a County level or above.
Junior Squad swimmers should be Stage 7+. We are ideally looking for swimmers aged under 10 at this level.
Masters swimmers can usually start swimming without a trial.
We would love to hear from you, but are unable to guarantee places for all swimmers that request one, due to the popularity and reputation of Leander.

This is for children aged 4-7 ONLY as a start age.
Swimming
Swimmers need to arrange a trial by using the button below. We welcome applications from swimmers at Stage 7+ aged between 7 and 10 years old. We may not be able to take older swimmers due to the current size of our squads, unless they are competing at County level+ as a minimum.
Masters
Masters swimmers can apply for immediate membership without the need for any assessment. If, however, any swimmer feels they would like a trial session before committing to club membership, this can be arranged.
Water Polo
Water Polo players can apply for immediate membership without the need for any assessment. If, however, any swimmer feels they would like a trial session before committing to club membership, this can be arranged.
